�`uilt in the late 18th (1760) century, it has a characteristic Turkish architecture, stone foundations and bases on granite rock, wooden beams on the floors and walls and grout on the walls. Tiled roof.

It is a three-storey building, of total 286 m2, which has been operating since 1980 as a boarding house with references to the international special press.

The ground floor used to function as a tavern and later as a convenience store. It is currently in an unfinished state to be configured as an apartment.

On the middle floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a large living room leading to a small balcony and an interior patio.
